Yes! You can edit existing text directly by clicking on it, or add new text anywhere in the document. Our editor supports font selection, size adjustment, color changes, and formatting options. You can also delete unwanted text and rearrange content as needed. Text editing works best with text-based PDFs rather than scanned documents.

Adding signatures is easy with our signature tool. Click the signature button in the toolbar, then either draw your signature using your mouse or touchscreen, upload an image of your signature, or type your name and choose from various signature styles. You can resize and position the signature anywhere on the document. Digital signatures are legally binding and professionally formatted.

Scanned PDFs are essentially images, so direct text editing isn't possible. However, you can still add annotations, comments, highlights, new text boxes, images, signatures, and stamps over the scanned content. For full text editing of scanned documents, you would need OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to convert the images to editable text first.

Our annotation toolkit includes text highlighting in multiple colors, comment bubbles for detailed feedback, sticky notes for reminders, drawing tools for freehand annotations, shapes and arrows for emphasis, stamps for approval workflows, and text boxes for additional information. All annotations can be moved, resized, edited, or deleted as needed.

Yes! You can easily insert images (JPG, PNG, GIF) into your PDF documents. Simply click the image tool, upload your image file, and position it anywhere on the page. You can resize, rotate, and move images as needed. This is perfect for adding logos, diagrams, photos, or any visual elements to enhance your documents.

You can upload up to 20 PDF files simultaneously and edit them using our tabbed interface. Switch between files using the tabs at the top of the editor. Each file maintains its own editing history and you can work on multiple documents without losing your progress. Use the batch controls to download all edited files at once.

Password-protected PDFs cannot be edited until they are unlocked. You'll need to remove the password protection first using the original password. Once unlocked, you can edit the PDF normally using all available tools. This security measure ensures that protected documents remain secure and only authorized users can make changes.

Yes! Our editor automatically saves your edits as you work, so you never lose your progress. All changes are stored locally in your browser until you download the final document. You can also manually save your progress at any time. When you're finished editing, simply download your completed PDF with all changes preserved.
