Limitation of Liability

In jurisdictions that do not allow complete exclusion of liability, our total aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the greater of:

• (a) $0 (zero dollars) - reflecting that our service is provided free of charge, or
• (b) The minimum amount required by applicable law

Mandatory Dispute Resolution Process

Step 1 - Direct Communication (Required First Step)

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact us directly at support@freetoolsuite.com with a detailed description of the dispute. We commit to responding within 10 business days with a good faith attempt to resolve the issue.

Step 2 - Binding Mediation (Required Second Step)

If direct communication fails to resolve the dispute within 30 days, both parties agree to participate in binding mediation administered by the Indian Council of Arbitration or similar recognized mediation service in India. Each party shall bear their own costs for mediation. The mediation must be completed before any court action may be filed.

Step 3 - Court Jurisdiction (Final Resort)

Only after completing Steps 1 and 2 may either party file a lawsuit. All legal actions must be filed in the courts having jurisdiction in India, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in Indian courts.

Small Claims Exception

Disputes under ₹4,00,000 (Four Lakh Rupees) may be filed directly in appropriate Indian courts without completing Steps 1 and 2.

International Users

If you access our service from outside India:

• You acknowledge that you do so at your own initiative and risk
• You are responsible for compliance with your local laws
• These Terms still apply regardless of your location
• You consent to Indian jurisdiction and waive any claims that Indian jurisdiction is inconvenient

Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FreeToolSuite regarding your use of our service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver
